Unbeatable and marvellous location of the property, adjacent to everything-service, cleanness, atmosphere, and the slopes. Also, right to the ski lift. Excellent meal at Michelin-starred restaurant.

This hotel has fantastic staff, a great breakfast with plenty of options, and is located in a lovely area, close to the ski area, ski lift, and city center.

The sauna at this hotel is like stepping into a cozy mountain cabin after a long day on the slopes. The wood paneling and flickering infrared lights create an atmosphere that's both inviting and relaxing. It's the perfect place to unwind and soothe those tired muscles before heading out for a delicious dinner.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, the quality rooms, and the delicious food. The spa area with 4 saunas was a relaxing highlight, and the large relaxation area was perfect for unwinding. The hotel-operated shuttle to the main lifts worked well and allowed us to have a quiet place to sleep. Lift passes could be organized at the hotel, and there was a convenient supermarket nearby for essentials.

We felt well taken care of and had no reason to complain.

The rooms at Quality Hosts Arlberg Hotel Zur Pfeffermuhle are cozy and spacious, with a comfortable double bed to ensure a good night's sleep. As a light sleeper, I really appreciated the soundproofing in the double room. The studios are perfect for small groups or families, with multiple sleeping rooms and a living room with a dining area for relaxation and quality time together. The balcony in the apartment provides a lovely spot to enjoy the view and soak up some fresh air.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the minibar in each room as I like to explore local establishments for drinks and snacks. However, I understand that many guests might appreciate the convenience it offers.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the great service provided by the staff and the amazing spa that they offered. The shuttle service that they provide to the slopes was very useful, and the location of the hotel made it easy to reach various places in town quickly.

The concierge shuttle to the ski lifts, in addition to the local ski bus, made it easy to get around and the hotel parking was very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast served every day was delicious.
